Please note, our quota for singles membership is currently full so we can only accept couples membership at this time.

The membership year runs from 1st January until 31st December. Memberships are issued per unit (usually a single person, family or couple) and the current fee for is £30 for renewals or £40 for new members, which includes a £10 joining fee.

Anyone who joins after the 1st August gets the remainder of the current year AND the following year for their subscription.

Membership expires on 31st December, but existing members have until then to renew at the normal rate, after which a rejoining fee of £10 becomes payable.

We can normally accept bank transfer renewals from existing members without any paperwork, unless details have changed.

All applications for new membership must be accompanied by proof of identity and address, with a scan or photo of a driving licence or passport and a recent utilities bill.  Initial applications must be made either online by using the form below, or a printed form by post, or use the PDF ‘Fill & Sign’ method as described here and send the form by email to the Membership Secretary (click the link).

Payment by bank transfer is preferred – if this is an issue then please email the Membership Secretary (click the link) to discuss alternatives.
